Rise N Shine Nursery is a natural extension of Rise N Shine Biotech Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading plant biotechnology companies. Founded with a vision to bring nature closer to everyday living, our nursery was established in Kunjirwadi, Pune, to cater to the growing demand for ornamental, flowering, indoor, and eco-friendly plants.

From a modest beginning, we’ve grown into a lush green hub, nurturing thousands of plants while empowering local communities, especially women from nearby villages, through sustainable employment.

Dr. Mrs. Bhagyashree Patil

Founder & Visionary Behind the Nursery

A passionate entrepreneur, educator, and philanthropist, Dr.Bhagyashree Patil is the Chairperson & MD of Rise N Shine Group of Companies.

Her vision of creating green livelihoods and accessible greenery led to the establishment of Rise N Shine Nursery.

Dr. Yashraj Patil

Director of Rise N Shine Nursery LLP.

He also serves as the Trustee & Treasurer of DPU Super Speciality Hospital in Pimpri, Pune. Dr. Yashraj has worked tirelessly towards excellence in every field he enters. He is now actively focusing on expanding Rise N Shine Nursery, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth, quality, and innovation. His vision includes enhancing international collaborations, boosting exports, and transforming the nursery into a global name in ornamental and eco-friendly plant offerings, while also strengthening its presence and growth across India. A true man on a mission, Dr. Yashraj Patil continues to lead with purpose, passion, and progress.

Mr. Uday Patil is the General Manager – International Marketing, with over 26 years of rich experience in the horticulture and floriculture industry. He brings deep expertise in crop production, propagation techniques, and international business development
